The OCPS High School Internship Fair invites potential employers to meet with qualified high school juniors for consideration of 2019 summer internships. Candidates who attend, will provide resumes for employer review and selection. After the internship fair, employers can schedule interviews and select interns. The internships must start June 1st.
Day of the event: 7:30am - doors open for event set up. Students will start arriving between 8am and 8:30am. We are expecting approximately 400 students.
Internship details: The internship will take place during the summer (June and July 2019). Students will work up to 150 hours (hours can be extended for summer employment). Students will be enrolled in a high school credit course and have a supervising instructor to monitor progress during the internship experience.
